Eduardo-Marisa Bios

EDUARDO SAUCEDO of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Master Teacher and Dancer of Argentine Tango.

Internationally recognized for his love and passion of the dance.

Eduardo travels the world sharing his knowledge and culture with the people he meets. He considers Tango to be an admirable art form that expresses body, mind, spirit and soul. His clear communication, positive energy and joy of life motivates and inspires everyone, His teaching is creative and practical with focus on subtle details of the technique.

Eduardo's beginnings in the Milongas of Buenos Aires can be clearly felt in his dancing and teaching, He continues to complement his dance training with studies in various dance disciplines as well as theatre and acting.

He is a continuing student of the Performing Arts,Eduardo has performed in theatres, appeared on television and participated in various international tango festivals.

He is the Creator, Director, Co-Choreographer and Co-Producer of the dinner show Tango Cafe- Una Noche Ideal, shown in the historical la Confiteria Ideal, as well as other Tango shows.

In Buenos Aires, Eduardo teaches in his private Studio in Palermo, from where various other activities and projects are produced.

MARISA QUIROGA of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Master Teacher and Dancer of Argentine Tango.

A classical dancer with the prestigious Teatro Colon, she has interpreted many roles both as soloist and part of corps de ballet.

The art of dance represents for Marisa the freedom to express feelings and emotions in a specific form, to create a moment of beauty, to tell a story where, for an instant, the spectator enters in a magical world, The Tango is for her the music in the hearts of two people transformed in the embrace into dance.

With her dance partner, Eduardo Saucedo, she has travelled to various countries, including Japan, Canada, United States and Europe to teach and perform.

She is the Co-Choreographer and dancer in the Tango dinner show Tango Cafe- Una Noche Ideal. In Buenos Aires Marisa teaches with Eduardo at his Studio,

It is their versatility to interpret Tango in all its various styles and energies that identify Eduardo and Marisa as performers and allows them to develop many diverse themes in their choreographies,

DANIEL BOUCHET

The handsome and charismatic artist,with strong voice and unique transparency, returns to the scene with a striking and surprising style of "latin crooner."

Daniel Bouchet of Argentine origin, brings a career with outstanding performances in Argentina, USA, Europe and Asia. Since its debut in USA in 1992 with the show "Tango Passion" accompanied with the renoun Sexteto Mayor, achieved massive admiration in the Festival of Cosquin in 1996 and the Tango Festival in Granada, Spain with Osvaldo Requen as well as in Japan with Maestro Nestor Marconi in "Tanguísimo 91".

Later in Lima, Peru, he was singer in the orchestra of Mariano Mores, and in Miami was a soloist with the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra in a large concert at the famous Jackie Gleason theater. He also shined in other shows such as 'Havana' and the event 'Esquina Tango' and the musical 'Song to Friendship' with Nestor Fabian, Violeta Rivas and Estela Raval.

Daniel Bouchet has received several awards, including Artistic Revelation of the New Herald, the Otto Prize awarded by the Association of U.S. Crtitics and the Jean Cartier Award.

Daniel Bouchet, transformed into a spectacular showman with an engaging smile and great stage dynamics, delights us with his prodigious voice, his versatility through his various musical rhythms of international resonanance, masterly performed in several languages.

- Falling in Love with Vals - Musicality

- Learn some ganchos, sacadas & boleos that you can deliver in the line of dancing.

GALA DE TANGO - 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Come and share our passion for Tango in a warm and friendly atmosphere in an Spectacular Show with Masters Eduardo Saucedo & Marisa Quiroga.

And for the first time in Vancouver, get ready for International Tango singer, Daniel Bouchet.

Eduardo Saucedo is a very well known teacher in Vancouver. Those who know Eduardo they all have the same opinion: They love Eduardo.
Because Eduardo Saucedo is a very special teacher. And yes, he knows how to teach and he is a unique teacher. In his classes you feel that he is giving 100% and his passion and knowledge is there and you have fun while you learn.

He brings Marisa as a partner and outstanding dancer. Her techniques are well known by the students. Marisa Quiroga is a ballerina from the Colon theatre from where she is still active part. The Colon is the famous theatre in Argentina and amongst the best in the world.

She is exquisite in her movements, she flows and shows all the discipline that acquired in her career. Marisa won her credibility as dancer.
She is feminine, gracious and talented and her embellishments are superb, her love for tango and her attributes make her a perfect match for Saucedo.
